How long does delivery take in Pakistan?

Delivery usually takes 4–5 working days in major cities across Pakistan. For remote or far-off areas, delivery may take longer.
Please note that delivery times may also be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, floods, heavy rainfall, road closures, security situations, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, your parcel may experience additional delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can easily track your parcel and stay updated on its delivery status.

Do you offer free shipping?

Delivery charges are Rs. 300 flat for Karachi and Rs. 400 flat for all other cities across Pakistan.

Return & Exchange Policy

We carefully pack every order to minimize damage during delivery. If your order arrives damaged or broken due to courier mishandling, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A parcel-opening video and clear photos/videos of the damage are required to process any return, exchange, or refund claim. Once verified, we will proceed accordingly.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply not liking the product. We recommend confirming all product details, sizes, and specifications with us before placing your order.
